The job: a cracked resonator, ten months in
2nd time bringing my car in this year for an emergency repair. Car had a load of work done back in February. Entire exhaust system was replaced. Unfortunately i ran into a cracked resonator about 10 months in. Without hesitation the guys had the replacement resonator ordered and replaced free of charge two days later. No questions asked, simply honored their warranty. Owner himself offered ride home while car was being repaired. Exceptional service every time I’ve come. Will continue to bring my car to them as now a days it’s almost impossible to find a respectable mechanic. Thanks again guys!
After a failed inspection
Honesty matters! Integrity matters! Brought my vehicle in to do some safety repairs after a failed inspection. One item failed for was brakes-which I truly didn’t think I needed brakes, and Guaranty Auto confirmed that. They could have easily said I needed brakes and charged me for those. If you want honestly-Guaranty Auto is your place!
After a minor collision
My car looked better than new after Doug and Guaranty repaired it after a minor collision. A perfect job, highly recommend.
